How to do it
These steps are for PlanWell on the web.
- Open Notifications using the bell, then open Preferences.
- Choose the direct alerts and activity types you want. Under Email summary, set Frequency to Off, Daily, or Weekly and select the activity to include. Each change saves automatically.
- For web push alerts, turn on Device push and open your account settings: planners choose Settings → Your account; clients choose Settings in the account menu. Under This device, choose Enable beside Device alerts and allow notifications. On iPhone or iPad, use Show how to install the PlanWell Portal or client portal to the home screen first, then open it from that icon.
