How to do it
These steps are for PlanWell on the web.
- Open your account menu: planners choose Settings → Your account; clients choose Settings. Under Account data, choose Download account data to download your profile, access, preferences, and notifications.
- For a workspace export, sign in as its Admin and open Workspace → Administration, then Data & deletion.
- Under Workspace export, choose Download workspace data. Keep the downloaded JSON file somewhere private.
