Delete your account or cancel a scheduled deletion

Schedule PlanWell account deletion and cancel it during the 30-day recovery window.

How to do it

These steps are for PlanWell on the web.

  1. Download any data you need, then open your account menu: business accounts choose Settings → Your account; clients choose Settings. Find Account data.
  2. Choose Schedule Deletion under Delete PlanWell account. Review the scope, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT, and confirm Schedule Deletion.
  3. Check the scheduled date shown in Account data. You have a 30-day recovery window.
  4. To keep your account, sign in before that deadline, return to Account data, and choose Cancel Deletion. Wait for the cancellation confirmation.
