A booking link offers only times inside your weekly hours, clear of what is already on your PlanWell calendar, and after your minimum notice. When someone takes a time, PlanWell does the filing.

Decide what people can book.

Each booking link has its own length, buffers, notice, how far ahead it opens, a reminder email and how late a client may change it. Pause a link and it stops taking bookings.

The host needs a connected Google Calendar with event sync on. Each booking gets its own Meet link.

Save appointment type

Changes without a phone call.

The confirmation email links to a private page where the client can reschedule or cancel until the cutoff you set. After that, the page asks them to contact you.
