How to do it
These steps are for PlanWell on the web.
- When Yahoo setup is available, open Workflows → Integrations and choose Connect on Yahoo Mail Sending.
- Generate an app password in Yahoo Account Security. Enter Yahoo email address and Yahoo app password in the connection form, then choose Connect Yahoo Mail. Use the app password here, not your regular Yahoo password.
- After connecting, an Admin or Manager opens Manage and chooses Send from Yahoo. Choose Send Test Email to check sending, then check Inbox and Spam; the test does not check client replies.
