How to do it
These steps are for PlanWell on the web.
- Sign in to the client portal, select the event, and open Payments.
- Review the invoice, outstanding balance, and installment dates. Read the Online payments aren’t live yet notice. Choose Download invoice PDF if you need a copy.
- Arrange payment directly with the business. The Pay securely button opens Stripe Checkout for testing only while PlanWell is in test mode; it does not charge a real card.
- After the business records a payment, refresh the client portal and check the balance and any receipt shown. Contact the business if the amount or status needs attention.
